    - - Sue tas also said “The Prisoner was standing by the fire then the Prisoner Tom told me to look around and see if there was anything of value and to take them when he shot tom.
        
        This goes along with the mens Rea of tom killing Robinson because he did not like coloured men which Robinson was and Tom also said he wanted to kill coloured men
