"The Most Important Thing" (To me) that I've learned While making a Mind Map of Judaism, is the importance of belief in one God (Monotheism) and the creation of the first covenant with the Jewish people because it is the start of the relationship between God and the Jews. Jews believe that they have a special relationship with God because of covenants they have made with him, which began with God’s promise to Abraham.

The Covenant of Abraham: the first and most important covenant, as it is the covenant that God made with Abraham and his descendants.
The Covenant of Sinai: the second covenant, and is the covenant that God made with the Israelites at Mount Sinai.

Temple Destruction (587 BCE, Jewa interpreted the Temple destruction as a consequence of not following the covenant
Apocalyptic Prophetic tradition (A sect of apocalyptic Jews to start interpreting God's message in a different way, otherwise known as Christians)
Messiah ("Annointed", Someone or Something that will lead the world into an age of peace and Understanding)

Maimonides 13 Principles (Rabbi "Maimonides" compiled what he refers to as the Shloshah Asar Ikkarim, the "Thirteen Fundamental Principles" of the Jewish faith, derived from the Torah.
