Why?
Not use CMP
Fines:
Data protection authorities in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom (UK) have the power to impose fines on publishers who do not comply with the GDPR and the ePrivacy Regulation. Fines for non-compliance can be up to €20 million or 4% of global annual turnover, whichever is greater.
Damages:
Users who have suffered harm as a result of a publisher's non-compliance with the GDPR or the ePrivacy Regulation may be able to sue the publisher for damages.
Reputational damage:
A publisher that does not comply with the GDPR or the ePrivacy Regulation could suffer reputational damage. This could lead to users losing trust in the publisher and could make it more difficult for the publisher to attract new users and advertisers.

Implementation Google CMP
