This is the sort of thing that should probably be in a will. I'm not a lawyer, so I'm going to stay out of this.

If you have web sites or apps, do they depend on payments or external intervention to work? Did you write that down anywhere?

Are you the official secretary or historian of the group?
Share whatever you have with the person that keeps records! They might not have access to things you do.
It's not your job to be the official historian of everything!
