- Foster a welcoming environment: School should strive to create an welcoming environment for all parents. This can be achieved by providing friendly staff, creating comfortable spaces for parents and ensuring clear communication with them.
- Cultivate positive relationships: Encourage teachers to build strong relationship with parents. This can be done through respectful communication and cultural background, actively listening to parents and involving them in decision-making process.
- Education and awareness: Help parents understand the importance of their involvement in their chid's PI. Provide them with information about the benefits of parental engagement, such as increased self-esteem and enhance social skills.
