Chronic
Chronic stress is seen as stress that is constant, such as a constant feeling of pressure or overwhelming feelings over a long period of time
Acute
The stress experienced for 1-2 months after a traumatic event, often also seen as PTSD
DIstress
The bad kind of stress, can lead to depression and anxiety
Eustress
The good kind of stress, usually felt before a sports match that helps increase performance

Stigma
IS about negative views about mental health, for instance in respect for mental health there is a stigma around mental health in that society looks upon it negatively. For example you might be afraid to be mentally unwell because that may influence how society looks at you.
