The skeletal system
Bones provide shape and support our bodies , they also protect some of our organs. We have got more than 200 bones. Bones are hard on the outside and like sponges on the inside. Joints connect our bones and allow us to move our skeleton .

The muscular system
The muscular system follows the brain's commands and is made up of muscles and tendons. Tendons are made of flexible tissue that connect your muscles to your bones . Muscles work in pairs ; one muscles will contrac and pull a joint one way and the other muscles will contract and pull it other way. Mucles are elastic so they can relax and contract without breaking.
