Political factors
Foreign trade policy- When the governments trade policy can make it easier/more difficult for businesses to trade internationally

Stakeholder types- someone who takes interest in the business. They can also affect or be affected by the operation of the business.
Internal
Board of directors- These are the chosen people who represent the shareholders interest, They are a mixture of people who are either internal or external
Employees- People who have an employment contract, they are classified as workers but have additional employment rights
Owners- The people who not only direct the business but have a day by day control over the operations/processes.
Departments- These are parts of a business (usually when its bigger) that all individually focus on different things from each other
External- These stakeholders don't have a direct relationship with the business but are somewhat involved with it.
Direct/Indirect competitors- Direct competitors sell similar/the same product or service as your company whereas Indirect competitors sell similar products/services except its a substitute for it.
Outsourced services and suppliers- Outsourcing is when a business hires another business to do the tasks they cannot do. Suppliers provide goods/services to another business.

Investors- People/companies/entities that provide funds in hopes that they will get more money back than they invested.
Business environments
Business to business- When a business sells its products/services to another business so they can function
Business to many- This is when the business sells their products/services to both other businesses and customers

Organisation types

Voluntary/charity- Organisation which want to benefit society, most usually without profit. Any money raised is invested goes back into the community
Public- The public sector is an organisation that is operated by the government/government agencies.
