Internal Policy Level
In this case, the questions refer to how the company's relations with its employees are. What kind of employment contract is fair? What reciprocal obligations do managers and workers have? What rights do employees have?
Personal Level
In this case, the questions refer to how some people should treat others within an organization. Should we be honest with others, regardless of the consequences? What obligations do we have —as humans and as workers in a specific job position?

Rights are directly related to obligations. When one person has a right, another has an obligation in this regard. An obligation is the duty to take concrete steps; for example, pay taxes and respect the law in every way
Moral rules
Moral rules serve as a guide for situations in which conflicting interests collide. It could be said that moral rules are like "breakwater"; that is, guidelines that can resolve disagreements.
Values
When you value something, either you want to have it or you want it to happen. Values are relatively permanent desires that seem good in themselves, like peace or goodwill.
Human relations
Every human being is related to others through a skein of relationships. These relationships exist because we need each other to receive support and to achieve our goals.
