TABULAR COLUMN
Here I am going to make a tabular column with these details
Article number Author /year, Aim, Screening period, Number and types of studies included, Result, conclusion
SUMMARY OF EVIDENCE
Here i going to write for each article What evidence base did they conduct this research on? and make them with group and discuss about it
AR-5 AR-8
- In AR-5, The purpose the the study was to compressively explored nurses experience in providing care for dementia patients via a Meta-synthesis of qualitative research related to occupational issues experienced by nurses in dementia care. 2. Aim was identified and understanding of nursing work-load related issues for dementia patients.3. PRISMA and CASP were used for data analyses and quality of included studies. 4. This study has verified that nurses do not have enough support to provide sufficient care for their patients.
- In AR-8, Analyzed the main challenges and the care provided by nursing teams when taking care of AD patients. 2. The results highlighted that (30.76%) sought to describe nursing care and nurses' knowledge n the process of caring for AD patients and their families.

AR-1
AR-2
Discussed reporting and methodological quality of systematic reviews and meta-analyses 2. In AR-1, used PRISMA for reporting quality and AMSTAR for methodological quality. 3. 64 systematic reviews and meta-analyses of nursing interventions in patients with AD were identified as having been published since 2001. 4. quality of the reporting and methodology have been suboptimal. 5. recommended to improve the quality of reporting, and authors use the reporting guidelines.
- Explored reporting quality before and after the PRISMA introduction. 2. In this article, they explored systematic review and meta-analyses articles to evaluate the reporting quality according to the PRISMA checklist, and their secondary aim was to find whether some predictive factors, especially the publication of the PRISMA statement associated with an improvement in reporting. 3. Descriptive analysis of the characteristics of the included SRs/MAs published before (2001-2009) and after (2011-2018) was conducted. 4. Comparison of the PRISMA score between articles published before and after was conducted using a t-test.

AR-3
- Appraised the evidence for the effort of interventions to prevent falls in people with dementia.2. The interventions reported in the studies for fall prevention for people with AD and related dementia can be divided into three broad categories ;(i) exercise -and motor based interventions,(ii) staff-directed interventions and (iii) Multidisciplinary interventions. 3. Results of this systematic review initially validate the importance of interventions embedded in the usual occupational routines of AD and related dementia.4. Quality care includes facilitating their safety and well-being because their risk of falling is higher than that of cognitively intact people.
AR-4 AR-6 AR-7
- In AR4, investigated the current evidence from the scientific literature about the early stage of Alzheimer's disease. 2. For quality assessment, INSA, AMSTAR Newcastle-Ottawa, and JADAD scales were used for different studies. 3. Heterogeneity of the study aspect addressed AD and the maturity that emerged in the studies in dealing with pathology. 4. this study was represented by the differences in the applied methodologies within the included studies that did not allow to quantitatively synthesizing the retrieved results.
- In AR-6, assessed and synthesized current clinical evidence for nursing practices with key clinical concerns for patients with AD. 2. The overall principle was to enhance as much independence as possible and to promote maintaining functional ability. 3. in this article there is no evidence level was used.
- In AR-7, the aim of the study was to undertake a systematic review in nursing interventions studies on patients and family members published in international database in 2001-2006. 2. The evidence produced by the intervention was using FINNISH FEDERATION OF NURSES' CRITERIA .3. in this study the threshold for promising evidence were set at category II or higher.
