Earthquakes can be measured using the richter scale. The richter scale can help to measured the magnitude of an earthquake. The richter scale goes from the magnitude of 1 to 9. The highest earthquake magnitude is a nine.

We can use systems to make buildings earthquake resistant. The different systems are the tuned mass damper, shear walls, cross - bracing, base - isolation etc.

The greenhouse effect is when the sun heat is reflected from the earth's atmosphere and some of the heat is reflected back into space and some heat is absorb by the greenhouse gasses.
