Treatment
IPD case เมื่อ : ไข้สูง(>38.5), TOA, ท้อง, ไม่เหมาะกับoral ATB, อาจต้องมีการผ่าตัดฉุกเฉิน
Supportive treatment
Pain control, IV fluid, Fowler's position
Specific treatment
IV
Ceftriaxone 1 g IV every 24 h ร่วมกับ Metronidazole 500 mg IV every 12 h ร่วมกับ zithromycin 1 g oral once a week for 2 weeks

Sexual partner(60วัน) : Ceftriaxone 500 mg IM (or cefixime 800 mg oral ) ร่วมกับ Azithromycin 1 g oral

Chronic pelvic pain, Impaired fertility(15>35>75), Ectopic pregnancy

Risk factors
คนที่เสี่ยง STD, มีSIตอนเป็นเมนส์, จากการทำหัตถการ เช่น endometrial biopsy, curettage, and hysteroscopy
Prevention
ปรับ sexual behavior, dual protection, screening STD, ATB prophylacxisก่อนทำหัตถการ
Organism : Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Chlamydia trachomatis
