located under the front desk and connected to the Eizo with an HDMI (i.e. power cycle, check leds, connections)

VNC into the projector and make sure the SRP preset is selected

Is the Machine they are trying to project on the screen is detecting a second Monitor (Name Atlona###)?

Locate the AJA SDI >HDMI converter and make sure all leds are lit up.

Still not working, even after a power cycle?

Make sure the right Input/Output is set on the Vis05 SDI Router

Escalate to the proper channel

Verify That the HDMI is properly Connected to the Decklink Input card in the Fstream machine

Power Cycle the StarTech HDMI Splitter Located in the AV Rack of the room

Try opening OBS manually or Restart the Framecast machine, wait a couple of minutes and VNC again

Make sure the right OBS scene is selected
