Centering your learning
The meaning is :
Focusing on learning is where we focus on learning where the teacher provides material and we can capture the material.
Example :
The teacher reads a paragraph and the teacher asks the students to give the important points they have caught or heard. This is one way for students to focus on learning.

The meaning is
Evaluating learning is where the teacher evaluates what needs to be improved when teaching in class and also evaluating student learning outcomes.
Example
The teacher evaluates the results of student work while carrying out practice fixes and provides input that builds students' enthusiasm to do even better.
Affective strategies
Lowering your anxiety
The meaning is
Reducing anxiety is where the teacher does not think too much and worry about teaching. The teacher must be able to calm down and manage himself so that he looks calm and professional.
Example
when the teacher doesn't know or forgets the material that the teacher is bringing, he has to be calm and keep smiling so he doesn't get caught if the teacher forgets the material so he can see his notes so he can continue with the material.

with other people is one way for students to mingle or adapt to their surroundings so they don't get bored and feel alone.
Example
the teacher makes random small groups so that his students join with the others, get to know each other and foster a sense of solidarity together.
Empathizing with others
The meaning is
Empathizing with other people is an attitude in which mutual understanding and mutual assistance fosters this feeling or attitude of empathy so that students do not ignore those around them who need help.
Example
The teacher invites students to collect clothes that are suitable for use and handed over to the orphanage in this way in order to instill an attitude of helping one another.
