        ULTRARADIAN RYTHM - is a biological rythm that lasts less than 24 hrs/ a day.
        
        eg , sleep cycle.
        Psychologists found that there are 5 distinct stages in sleep , than span over a 90 min time span .
        stage 1 - light sleep , muscle slows down
        stage 2 - breathing and heart rate slows down
        stage 3 - deep sleep begins , the brain begin to generate slow delta waves
        stage 4 - deeper sleep , limited muslce activity , brain produces delta waves
        stage 5 aka (REM) sleep - brainwaves speed up and dreaming occurs , muscles relax and heart rte increases
