Epic
Greece influenced Roman literature, helping it to create epic, which means a long poem about a hero's adventure. For example, Roman created the Aeneid, and it talks about the start of Rome, the man who escaped from dead and saild to Italy to build Rome.
Philosophy
Emperor Marcus Aurelius wrote the Meditations, talking about the idea of Stoicism. It expresses the importance of endurance through life.
Language
The Romans speak Latin, and throughout time, Latin involves to other languages. The places that have been taken over by Rome had their language in a way that is close to Latin but not alike. For example, Spanish, French, and Italian are languages that are involved by Latin.

Art
Mosaic
Rome created a type of art named the mosaic. A Mosaic is made out of colorful stones or glass on its surface. These colorful stones form a picture or art.
This man in the picture are all made out of colorful rocks, although this picture is not really clear.
Bas-Relief
Indeed, a lot of elements in Rome, including art, comes from Greece. However, Rome came up with something called the Bas-Relief. In a sculpture or art in this kind, the artist put real 3D figures on a 2D surface. Here is an example:
