The Letter must be acknowledged by the Contract Awarder
The Letter must state the Awarding Party's Account Information, whereby the Awarding Party therefore consents for the contract proceed is to be remitted into such account.

Letter must be addressed to Contract Awarder from Awarded Party
The Letter must be acknowledged by the Contract Awarder
