Club Admins
Club Admins are the administrators for a particular book club. All members are allowed and welcomed to become a club admin they will just have to register their club. Club Admins have the ability to create events, delete members, delete events, add or remove books from their clubs booklist and delete their own club.
Members
Members will have login details so that they can have a personalised account. Members will have the ability to join or leave different book clubs. Additionally, members will be able to write reviews on books and vote on whether a book should be added to the reading list for a group. All members can create a book club and then will become a club admin.
Admins will manage the Books Club Australia, will be able to remove Club Admins or members that are misbehaving. Additionally, admins will be able to remove clubs

Size of text
The size of the text will be enlarged to ensure that the all users especially on a mobile app will be able to view all the aspects of the interface and to understand what is next in the application
Colour Scheme
The colour scheme will have heavy contrast throughout to ensure that the mobile application adheres to the visual communication and usability principles. Additionally, the colour scheme will be relaxed and not polarizing to ensure all users feel comfortable using the application.
Text for Images
Descriptions for images will be incorporated throughout the mobile application to ensure all users will be able to use the application
Navigation
Links
Links will have limited use throughout the interface except for throughout the login and register system where links will be available to more easily transfer between the login and register pages.
Buttons
Buttons, mainly submit buttons or proceed buttons, will be made a significantly contrasting colour to the remaining features of the interface to ensure that all users can efficiently transfer throughout the mobile application
Navigation Bar
The navigation bar will follow the user down the page to ensure that all the pages accessible to the user's viewpoint are accessible at all points throughout the interface. (Especially important across a mobile application as users are easily lost throughout)

The API that will be used is open library API. The API will takes requests from the webserver and will retrieve information which will then be displayed on the mobile application

Functionality
Creating a book club
Member enters the details of the new club including the name, state and suburb and if all the data is sufficient then the club will be created
Joining a book club
There will be a page where members can view book clubs that they can join with a drop down menu - the user will request to join when they select the club they want to join

Removing meetings
Admins will be able to remove meetings by going to the club admin page and selecting the meeting to remove
Adding a meeting
Club admin will just be required to enter the start/end time, the location, the books name and the books author
Reviews
Members of a club will be able to write reviews on the books on their clubs reading list - on the reviews page - will just have to select the book and then publish the review for others to read
Searching for books
The user will just have to input information regarding the book including the title, author and genre and the results from the data from the API will be displayed for the user to view and select
