Employment Support
A service delivered for clients who are unemployed, off-work due to sickness or struggling with their current employment. An initial consultation with our career coaches can help identify career needs and identify areas for further help and support.

Learning about your mental health difficulties independently by engaging with the recommended material and with the support of regular reviews with a therapist
Working through a series of booklet about depression and/or anxiety over the course of 4-6 sessions spread over 2-3 months. The therapist supports the client through weekly sessions, where the client learns about CBT and how to apply these techniques to their individual difficulties.
A one to one telephone follow-up consultation to discuss progress following the initial treatment as well as future steps.
