the Constitution
dissolved the Parliament
banned political parties and trade unions
he stablished a single party
Patriotic Union
inspired by Mussolini
he did not manage to solve Spain's problems
but he did some engineering and employement policies
the middle and upper class supported him
he created some debts and the crirs worsened in 1929
