the IB school like ISA is always trying to build up children's unique personalities by teaching them how to become the following characters.

so parents can help to build up these personalities of their children.
for example: communicators
parents can put their child or children in a social environment for practicing his or her communication skill.
inquiring children's interests
ISA, a school that encourages children's comprehensive development, which means the children need to be well developed in many areas, not only for studying. so building up a student's interest is very important.
from EY to Primary, students' learning pressure is not high, so that is the right time to inquire their talents.
in the secondary years, the students have to be hard working in their works, so the interests that they had built when they were young can help them to reduce stress.
encouraging students
often, there are setbacks in learning or life of the teenagers that lead to a loss of confidence, so, parents' rule is to encourage students, to take their confidences back.
Supervise students to manage their time and schedule well, and arrange their study and play time reasonably.
