        "Informal leaders (ILs) contribute to an organizational culture, achieving goals". Thus, ,Maria as LPN could have contributed safe, organized care for client by refusing unsafe work and advocate herself and client's safety. (Lawson & Fleshman, 2020)

        Maria could have waited for physician as it was not an emergency situation because ": Learners/
        practitioners seek out, integrate and value " the partnership in providing safe care.(CIHC,2010)
  - - - Reason- Maria was contacted by Physician after 2 weeks because as an LPN, she is accountable for her nursing action i.e. unsafe administration of dermal fillers
    - - Reason- Maria must have considered her own competency to perform the delegated tasks and explain the RN that she is still in orientation (3rd day) and require more training to perform dermal fillers and Botox safely.
    - - Reason- Maria required to understand and communicate her needs for more training for safe client care, moreover, she should advocate for herself and clients to prevent safety issues.
    - - Reason- Maria should have considered her nursing duties and her scope of practice as an LPN which requires extra training for special care, thus without training ,its out of her scope of practice to perform such procedures i.e. Botox or dermal fillers
    - - Reason- Prioritizing client safety is must ,but, Maria failed to provide safe and client centered care to the client which led to infection.
