ORGANIZATION
Engage someone from the business - e.g. Data Enginner/BI Dev, etc.

RECOGNITION OF THE MENTORS: e-MINS - more comm, certificate, gifts, sweatshirt - hoodie...

COMMUNICATION IN THE COMPANY - goal more clear + more communication - not all employees aware of it (!)

Length of the Program - more time e.g. 6 months - more space for own work and reflection for Mentees - the 1st. edition was too frequent and too short.
