Controlling Public Opinion: Severe criticism and punishment are imposed on those who commit violent acts.

Popularize and pay attention to the knowledge about Internet law in reality: Because some people do not think that the Internet has legal effects and have not paid attention to the Internet environment.

Changes and additions related to network policies:

personal: network real name system and uniqueness.

Enterprises: Strictly control and supervise online listed companies.

Contrast: Compare the data of cyber violent crime incidents when there were no laws related to the Internet at the beginning and the data of cyber violent crime incidents when there are relatively perfect cyber laws now.

Solutions to change or add laws build on the success of the threat of public opinion control being established and widespread cyberbullying.

Benefits and costs: the time and money that the budget needs to spend. Confirmation location: social media / real life. Feasibility: I estimate this is the most likely solution.

coverage: News coverage of cyberbullying is used as evidence to draw attention to the topic.

Budget needs to spend time, money. Confirmation location: social media / real life.

Increased monitoring of the social media environment. I believe that the current technological environment can do it.

The article suggests that the government is now stepping up surveillance of social media, and California state officials are using data from Facebook showing places where people travel in congregations to refine public health information around the coronavirus. U.S. law enforcement uses Google's location data to solve crimes ranging from homicides to robberies to kidnappings.

While many countries have laws governing internet content, platforms have a great deal of autonomy and responsibility to draw their own lines between acceptable and unacceptable content. In recent years, major platforms have begun to uphold public "community standards" -- written policies against activities on a wide range of issues, including hate speech, violence and influence operations.

Social media promises a more connected and information-rich world. But now, the harm these platforms are doing goes beyond the promise of improved conversation and global connections.

Mental health has deteriorated, especially for our children, political polarization has increased, fragile democracies have been undermined by propaganda, conspiracy theories have become mainstream, and distrust of underlying institutions has grown. How is this going? The simple answer is that Big Tech operates without serious accountability or oversight, and they are prioritizing profits over societal harm to our children, our communities, and America's national security.

The article describes how cyber violence in social media has affected the happy life of a family, and its influence has gradually expanded, in order to call on the government to take action.

The government actually monitors social media, but only for national security.

Social media has only been around for over two decades. Over the years, we have continuously discovered new problems and continuously improved rules and laws. The news of people who died due to cyber violence was ignored after being lamented. Even though many people know that cyberbullying is wrong, they will still do that. We cannot trust the self-awareness of the individual. So I think it's a tough tactic that has to be used.

People currently think that this matter is not important because it has nothing to do with her, but you can think about it if cyber violence happened to you in the future or to your future family members or close people, would we Time to act.
