We have found tons of evidence for evolution mainly consisting of fossils. We have found many of the species that have come before us, with shared traits from our past common ancestors that are slowly evolving to become what we consider modern humans. We've found fossilized remains from modern humans from 200,000 years ago. We have evidence of things we consider to be signs of modern humans other than remains from up to 175,000 years ago such as using caves for shelter, tools, fishing, art, building shelters and permanent homes, and agriculture.
