Dimension text
The base dimension. usually units are not always indicated on every dimension, but at the bottom corner of the drawing
Extension line
A line that continues or extend from the surface of the object and establish the size of the dimension. Note that they do not touch the object lines and send silightly pass the dimension lines.
Extension line offset
A gap between the object surface and extension to avoid confusion with the visible lines of the model.

3 types of tolerance :

Bilateral Tolerance: allowed to vary in two directions from the specified dimension. Both directions need not vary by the same amount.
