These elements are highly interconnected and interact with each other. They partly determine consumer behavior. This is so when, together, these components interact with the needs, urgencies, expectations, desires and perceptions, justified or not, of consumers, before and after they become, first, potential customers and, then, our customers.
Any behavior is ultimately a deliberate response or not, consciously or unconsciously oriented to satisfy the demand, need or urgency, also conscious or unconscious, that, with that response, we want to satisfy, whether or not we realize that this is the main reason for our behavior.
