Plot Summary
Chapters 5 & 6: Utterson suspects Hyde is blackmailing Jekyll. Lanyon falls ill and dies soon after. He gives Utterson a letter that's not to be read until Jekyll dies
Chapters 7 & 8: Jekyll refuses to leave the house. Poole says to Utterson that the man is not his master. They break into the lab and see Hyde dead and wearing Jekyll's suit
Chapters 3 & 4: Utterson & Jekyll discuss Jekyll's will. A maid watches the Carew murder. Hyde, the suspect, is not seen for a while
Chapters 9 & 10: Lanyon's perspective - he saw Hyde drink a potion and transform back into Jekyll and was shocked.
Jekyll's perspective - he explains why he wanted to create 'Hyde', namely to do bad things. Hyde became too powerful and he couldn't transform back.
Chapters 1 & 2: On a walk, Enfield tells Utterson of how Hyde trampled a young girl. Utterson met Lanyon, who fell out with Jekyll. Utterson met & disliked Hyde
