When he was twelve years old, Benjamin discovered he was looked better. His hair was grey, not white, and his skin looked healthier.
When he was eighteen, he looked like a man of fifty. His father made Benjamin take the examination to enter Yale College. But when his was there, the registrar told him that he was lied about his age. He was embarrassed, and he decided to go to Harvard.
Benjamin was born in 1860. The doctor said to Mr. Button the birth was curious, and that he never seen a case like this.
Benjamin was born old.
In 1880, when Benjamin was twenty, he met Hildegarde Moncrief. She was a young beautiful woman. He fell in love immediately. Six month later they was engaged.
By 1895 Benjamin was really enjoying his life. He was looking better year by year. He has a fourteen-year-old son called Roscoe. But his wife didn´t attract him any more. She was getting older, and he was getting younger. He felt more and more unhappy at home.
In 1920 Roscoe's first child was born. Nobody explained that Benjamin was the new baby's grandfather.
Five years later, Roscoe took his own son and little Benjamin to the kindergarten together.
Year by year he continued getting younger. Her forgot all his life, his family, and all the things he lived.
In 1898, Benjamin joined the army and was away from Baltimore for three years , but he had to return to manage his business.
In 1910, he looked like a man in his twenties. He was accepted in Harvard University, and he started play football, until he was looked too young.
He graduated in 1914, and back to Baltimore to live his his son and his family.
He finally died looking like a baby
