= Going to the seminar held by the university and get the formal education from it.

= Ranking and measuring employee's performance.

= Employee is the one who give feedback regarding their manager behavior and skills.

= Giving new responsibilities and challenges to the employee.

= Transfer employee to other branches and different job assignment.

= Giving more responsibility to the employee by giving higher position.

= Opposite from promotions. The employee is given lower ranking.

= Giving mentor which is senior employee to the employee. The senior employee will helps the less experienced employee.

= Company will cover some of the fees for employee to continue their studies (degree).

= Conducting information regarding employee behavior and skills. After that, the company will do their feedback regarding the employee's strengths and weaknesses.
