Volcanic eruption impacts
Ash cloud
Ash from the ash clouds can contaminate local water supplies. It could also block waterways.
Ash clouds are extremely dangerous to planes and other aircraft. The tiny ash particles can get inside a plane engine causing it to fail. They also heavily reduce visibility. Ash clouds can reach altitudes of up to 30000 feet.
Ash clouds will block out sunlight causing plants to die. This can ultimately cause a production shortage
Pyroclastic flows
They can destroy crops and livestocks. This can severely disturb local farming communities
Pyroclastic flows are super heated and will burn down any plants or animals in its way.
Pyroclastic flows will impact transportation because during a pyroclastic flow it is deadly to drive or use any form of transportation, you are better off to take shelter and try to hide.
Lava bombs/ballistics
Lava bombs can catch forests and other places on fire and cause widespread habitat loss. This can kill vegetation and animals.
Lava bombs have potential to land in roads, railways, and even airports causing short term disruptions to transportation around the mountain
The only way lava bombs could potentially affect water supply is if they land in close vicinity to a water purifying station and therefore destroying it
Debris avalanche
Debris avalanches are known for producing a lot of dust. When dust enters the major airways, it could enter the lungs.
Water supplies would be contaminated or even run out due to a debris avalanche. It has a high possibility to block up rivers and create new ones.
Debris avalanches are potentially disruptive to farm land close to the mountain as there is a likelyhood of a avalanche rolling down the mountain that far
Lahars
Wipe out road and rail bridges, cover roads, stop people being able to get to home/school/work
Lahars have the potential to break their river banks flooding streets, houses, hospitals and other buildings
Lahars sweep through farmland causing widespread destruction of crops and perfectly good grass for livestock to eat.
