as a gen Z i may be perceived as lazy and entitled and expect things to go my way even though i just want to do my job well, my work may be looked down upon as i am a young member of the workforce
there was an old woman who complained that we did not do our work properly with the reason being that we were youths, not because we didnt know the right way of doing it
on the flip side i could think the older generations are less open minded, more stubborn, and rude to genz because they look down on us
