Study Plan
- Arrival in Korea in August 2023 and attend the Academic and Extracurricular Program
- Learn Basic Korean language for adaptation
- Take Required Section courses such as Comparative Educational Policies, Gender Perception & Health Education, and Study of International Education Development
- Attend Major Quantitative Research Methodology and Action Research courses for research on education funding and AI in the classroom
- Attend Seminar in Development of Teacher Competency to learn about teacher culture and training system in South Korea
- Take Policy for ICT in Education elective course to explore and share ICT and AI implementation in learning
- Attend Seminars for School Curriculum and Introduction to Educational Research
- Choose Independent courses and seminar thesis for research presentation
- Visit Institutions related to Education in South Korean Schools such as Ministry of Education, KEDI, and KICE
- Join clubs and social communities to learn soft skills such as dance club, Korean cultural club, traditional Korean dance club, and Muslim community
- Finish Master's program in Leadership Global Education by December 2024
- Produce high-quality papers and results for cross-cost systems in education financial, e-financial, AI in learning, literacy and numeracy programs in elementary school

- National numeracy tutor and LPDP micro-credential awardee in professional numeracy learning at Monash University
- Collaborated with Prof. Gillian Kidman and Dr. Hazel Tan from Monash University on implementing STEM-based numeracy in school
- Ten years of experience in education adds to responsibility as a school treasurer managing and reporting cash flow
- Professional social worker at the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs, assisting with poverty alleviation efforts through Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) and social assistance distribution
- Volunteer at Magetan Library, serving as a STEM activity coach for children and tutor in literacy for well-being

- Postgraduate Education: gain knowledge to deal with and solve problems related to education management in Indonesia, become a school principal, and continue postgraduate education. Implement the CCS system as a form of mutual assistance for underprivileged children's access to education.
