For Andreas Neumeyer to reach out to Suppliers
as Lieferando or/and Uber Eats to talk about a contract
that will implement PKB to those suppliers so we can improve our reach to external TO GO customers.

To discuss in the next PKB Mgmt Meeting if the website
should change or not, it is already in Personio Design.
The Webshop has to change as well, we will combine this with the change of the cashier system, so the change of the cashier system has to happen first.

To Do's:

  1. Find and implement the new cashier system.
  2. Design the new webshop with the new cashier system supplier.
  3. Inform all Personios about the change.
  4. Set up a propper guideline / Info path for Personios for a smooth transition phase.
  5. Implmentation of the new webshop and cashier system.
  1. Concact suppliers on a date for a 1on1 meetup.
  2. Compare the offerings.
  3. Decide on best offer in regards of best performance as well.
  4. Inform the whole PKB Team about the new process and make sure everyone is on board.
  5. Start the new To Go Selling Co-Op

To Do's:

  1. Get to a decision for the new Ordering System
    and implement it to the point that it is bulletproof.
  2. Inform Leads about the change and schedule the launch date.
  3. Create a presentation that will inform all P's about the change.
  4. Prepare a guide for the new system, and prepare onsite QR Codes for an easy first access and a smooth transition.
  5. Have those QR Codes ready with every monthly New Joiners Session to make sure new P's are aware and informed on the process.

To Do's:

  1. To set up a posting routine and a variety of topics for Kimberly and keep Personios posted about new dishes, Updates, events. Etc.
  2. To raise a survey every 3 months to get Personios feedback on how we can improve on service and hospitality.

To Do's:

  1. For Daniel to bring his brainstorming efforts
    with various Personios to the table and inform all involved Leads on those plans.
  2. To create various Personio Event Ideas that will overall improve and drive our companies culture.
  3. To confirm with everyone on the needed budget for those events.
  4. To schedule the events and inform Personios about them.
  5. To host the events.

To Do's:

  1. For Andi to reach out to our next door neighbours and advertise PKB to them as a viable Lunch / Coffee break.
  2. To discuss in Mgnmt Meeting if we should invest in external advertisement (for example on train screens)
  3. To set up an external event offering that we can offer to Personio business partners (in alignment with the company)

For Andreas and Clemens to find and set up a contract with the new supplier of our cashier and our To Go system.

To Do's:

  1. To find the suppliers that are an option.
  2. To compare those suppliers and make a decision on which one we will go with.
  3. To sort out the contract with the supplier.
  4. To build up the software.
  5. To testrun the software and search for bugs/ Problems.
  6. To schedule the date of launch.
  7. To prepare the communication strategy for the launch of the new system for both, PKB employees and Personios.
  8. To communicate the launch officially.
  9. To launch the new systeem for Webshop, to go shop and cashier system.

To Do's:

  1. To setup a strategy of when and what to post.
  2. To setup a variety of hashtags, that will increas clicks and views as well as likes and follows.
  3. For Kim to run those guidelines and make
    PKB more relevant on Instagram.
  1. To add PKB to Tripadvisor
  2. Have the staff actively ask people to leave a positive
    review if they liked the service.
  3. To get externals to visit PKB from the Tripadvisor recommendations.
  1. To build in the new kitchen area as well as the kiosk
    (Kitchen build starting in CW 22)
  2. To plan the kiosk. (staff required, offerings, prices, layout)
  3. To discuss the plans in Mngmt Meeting and fix the offerings.
  4. To organise everything we need for the offerings
  5. To advertise the launch of the kiosk.
  6. To launch the kiosk once everything is in place.

For PKB Team to plan, schedule and host the PKB Terrace Opening party, to promote PKB itself and the terrace.

To Do's:

  1. To setup advertisement in german to attract local external customers.
  2. To implement the flatscreen presentation with some advertisements.
  3. To setup up a Personio dresscode for both, Kitchen and Service staff.
  4. To make sure that the terrace is always flawless and looks appealing to customers.
