2) Nowadays, we have a lot of distractions because of the advancement in technology. For example, phones, television, video games, social media, and so on. The various distractions weren't available in the old days, so they won't waste their time on these distractions and focus on what they want to achieve or do. Endlessly scrolling through social media will never help with my time management skills. However, reducing distractions can help me have efficient time management. For instance, I want to break my social media addiction. So, I can set limits and stick to them. If I go to my phone's or other devices' settings, I will notice that I am allowed to set a limit for my time spent on a particular app. Furthermore, I can also choose to delete apps or disable notifications from social media in order to focus more on the tasks that I need to complete.
