Claims, assertions and statements
Definition
An expression that is supposedly true. It may be spoken, written or just thought.
It is said "supposedly" because not all claims or assertions are true and some of them are based on mistaken belief.
Claims, assertions and statements can be judged as true or false although questions can´t.
Types
Opinion
It is an opinion so people can debate if it is true or not but neither of them is necessarily wrong, it comes down to what they think it is a reasonable wage.
Established Fact
It can be checked in the real world and it is true although people can say it is false or don´t know the truth and have a different opinion but this doesn´t change that this is true.

Hypotheses
A hypothesis has high probabilities of happening because it has been analyzed by scientists and proved that the result is always the same

It depends on the people to think about the recommendation and think if they see it as a good idea or a bad idea.
