Demographic changes
The UK's population has grown a lot since 1946 with 49.8 million people with over 67.7 milllion people living in the UK in 2023.
For example
Sexual diversity - Growing diversity with sexual orintation as 3.1% of the population aged 16 identified as LGB.
Ethnic diversity - Increasid migration has led to the ethnic minority population growing from 12% to 26%.
Cultural changes
Due to factors such as migration and technological advancements allowing the UK to be more multicultural. This means from a young age people are expericing diversity and differing norms, values and mores.
Cultural changes has also come in the form of globalisation. This has allowed us to become more interconnected and allow us to talk gobally exposing us to different cultures.

Mores
Customs, norms, and behaviours which are morally and ethnically execptable.

This has led to new policies such as the 2004 hunting act such as fox hunting. This is because it can be considered immoral and cruel towards animals.
