Types of microorganisms
Fungi
any of a group of spore-producing organisms feeding on organic matter, including moulds and mushrooms.
Protists
a single-celled organism of the kingdom Protista, such as a protozoan or simple alga.
Virus
an infective microorganism that typically consists of a nucleic acid molecule in a protein coat, is too small to be seen by light microscopy, and is able to multiply only within the living cells of another organism

Digestion
Bacteria breaks down sugars into B group and K vitamins, which are released into our intestines to be absorbed into our body
Breaks down food we eat into chemicals like serotonin, GABA and Butyrate, which are released into our blood stream and eventually reaches our nervous system, effecting our moods and emotions.
