Sleep
if you don't have a great diet you can quite easily get not enough sleep as you have had to much sugar witch gives you the sugar highs that keep you up until late at night. I know this from when I eat lollies before bed on a school night I can never get straight to sleep.

Sickness
by having a bad diet can lead to lots of little sicknesses such as sore throats and other colds. I know after I eat bad one week i start to get a really a really bad sore throat.
Drinks
you should be avoided high caffeine drinks before a sport or a big day. the reason being is you might feel good and up and about then out of nowhere you hit a wall and all of a sudden get very quite. you should be drinking lots of water. I tend to drink lots energy drinks although I feel awake for a little bit but then I hit a wall of tiredness out of nowhere
protein
proteins are what you should be consuming a lot as it helps fill you're muscles out and rebuild your muscles faster. you can get protein from different meats, eggs, rice and many others. I tend to get my proteins from mainly just chicken and rice I make sure to eat this before I go to the gym or after for dinner
Reducing sugars
higher blood pressure, inflammation, weight gain, diabetes, and fatty liver disease. I find when I eat to much sugar I feel very up and about and my blood pressure is through the roof and its not good for youre health.
GO colours
you should be eating a lot of different fruits as they provide lots of different vitamins. I bring a piece of fruit everyday at school such as apples bananas and mangos.
Dizseness and fainting
eating to many sugars and non healthy foods can lead to heavy dizziness and even fainting this is not great for your brain and heart. By having a bad diet can lead to ongoing heart and brain problems. I know from experience when eating to much sugar I tend to get a bit blurry versioned.
Mental Health
when eating bad you can feel more down and not as happy I find sometimes I feel tired and useless when I haven't eaten well some weeks.
Good Fats
You should be eating good fats that are good for youre Caletrols levels such as avocados and other high fat fruit and vegetables. I tend to get my goof fats from avocado I eat avocado on toast with tomato
