Teachers expectations go up and they invested more time in helping them in difficult times

Hypothesis
Rosenthal made a hypothesis that expectations can engender self-fulfilling prophecies by inducing corresponding performance.
Results
When teachers were informed that their students were highly IQ teachers invested more time in teaching them throughout difficult times which resulted in the students having a higher gain in IQ.
Aim
If in any degree teachers expectations can change the students in a way.
Method and design
Independant Variable: The teachers expectation towards the children listed as high IQ
Dependant variable: The results of the children that got taught by the teacher
Prior information of the list of high IQ children were given to the teachers.
