Two different types of change, which is step by step or step change which is a major change in business
Change happens when managers and leaders change the structure, version or procedure of an organisation followed with input from the policymakers to implement the new strategy.
The step change model

CIPD (2021) state that research shows that most change initiatives fail to get their intended outcomes and may even limit an organisation’s potential and its people.
