Utilitarian Approach: Focus on the consequences of actions effecting the well-being of an individual
Virtue Approach: There are ethical standards that we should strive for (honesty, integrity, etc)
Fairness/Justice Approach: Fairness requires consistency in how people are treated, however, there are moral differences between people
Common Good Approach: Community united by individuals doing common good and sharing values and goals

Bottom Line: If every individual is free to define moral standards, there cannot be a universal moral standard and therefore can be no universal ethics
