History and Background
Spanish was created around 210 bc, which evolved from Vulgar Latin.
Around 1.5 billion people speak English across the globe
English originated in England around the mid 6th and 7th centuries.
And over 500 million people speak Spanish as there first langauge!

Learning a new language it allows people to view the world differently and allows you to have more options down the road in life.
The Alberta curriculum states that all schools should teach French, or Spanish as a second language.
Most schools around the world teach at least one foreign language, and researchers also found that people who learn a second language can change their minds more positively.
