Standard 1: Movement Competence and Understanding
Combine the critical elements of movement and skills concepts
d. Identify and describe key elements in a mature performance of overhand, sidearm, and underhand throwing, catching; kicking and punting; striking; trapping; dribbling (hand and foot); and volleying.
c. Create a game, movement, dance, or sport with a group
e. Analyze movement patterns, and correct errors
