Description & Goals: After the summer I have been cutting down the time I have been spending playing basketball, and instead started going to the gym more often, 2 to 3 times on a weekly basis. I have a gym membership however also a home gym, so I have no excuses and access to gym equipment at all times to keep me motivated and active. The easy access with the home gym is quite nice because often after 10:00 pm I get a burst of energy and go to train making it easier to fall asleep, therefore this activity is even more helpful to my health, both physical and mental, since I get better sleep quality.
