What is Software?
- A set of instructions that tells the computer what to do.
- Also called a program, provides means to us to interact with and use the computer.
- System software will be installed on its hard disk for the new purchase of personal computer.
- Contains of the programs that control or maintain the operations of the computer and its devices.
- System software serves as the interface between the user, the application software and the computer hardware.
