PRESENT TENSE
Present Perfect
it's used when a recent past action has a connection and an effect on the present. have/has + the past participle of the main verb (-ed).

Present Continous
it's used o descrive an action taking place while you are speaking
Subject + Am / Is / Are + Verb + -ing form.

FUTURE TENSE
Future Continous
it's used to talk about events that are already underway and are expected to continue for some time into the future.

Future Perfect
it's used to talk about an action completed in the future.
will + have + the past participle of the main verb.
Simple Future
it's used to talk about future actions based on current facts.
will / shall + the base form of the main verb.

PAST TENSE
Past Continous
it's used to describe actions or events that started in the past but continue and have consequences in the present.
(was/were) + (-ing).
Past Perfect
it's used to refer to an event that occurred just before the moment of speaking. (had) + the past participle of the main verb

Past Perfect Continous
refers to an action in progress and finished before another action/event in the past.
(had been) + the present participle (base form + ing).
