patient case:
A 38 year old woman presents to the ED with complaints of numbness in her legs (almost like a tingling sensation), trouble with blurred vision, experiencing dizziness and/or having trouble with balance, trouble swallowing at times, and having an overwhelming feeling of exhaustion often, even when getting proper sleep and nutrition needs met. She explains that she has been experiencing these symptoms for months now, thinking she would eventually "get over it" or "sleep it off" with good rest. She states that she is a healthy individual and stays active daily. Furthermore, she states that she has previously experience some of these symptoms prior, but not to the extreme that they are appearing now.

drinks on occasion, no more than 2 glasses of wine
non-smoker, no illicit drugs

Currently works as a dental assistant, no serious financial stress
^^^ following up, she recalls after she mowed the grass in the heat, her leg kind of limped behind her.
