Leading cross cultures: Effective leaders do not use a single style, they adjust their style to the situation.

Developing trust- Trust: the belief in the integrity, character, and ability of a leader- Credibility: perceived honesty, competency, and ability to inspire.

Democratic style = most effective (increased quantity and quality of work) [mixed results in later research]
High in initiating structure & High consideration = Higher performance & satisfaction (usually-not always)
