Existing Instructional Materials
Goal-Centered Criteria for Evaluating Existing Materials - Focusing on content instruction such as congruence between content, content coverage, authority, accuracy, currency and objectivity

Components of an Instructional Package
Instructional Materials - Content in writing, mediated or facilitated
Assessments - Objective tests or performance assessments such a pre-test and post-test. There could also be an embedded test that is created within the material
